ここでの even は「～（で）さえ」「～（で）すら」です（副詞）。

human は「人間の」（形容詞）、being は「存在」「生き物」。

私の持っている『ジーニアス英和辞典〈改訂版〉』では、この even の用法について、

という説明があります。

なるほど！

「君たちは例外的に人間であるということさえできない」ってことですね。

human と beings のあいだに fucking が入っていますが、やはり 『ジーニアス英和辞典』に、

    語気を強めるだけで特に意味はない

とあるので、

同様に、英辞郎には「〈卑〉愛撫、いちゃつき」とあります。

※ grab は「ひっつかむ」で、ass は「尻」なので、grab-ass はそのままだと「尻つかみ」みたいな感じか。

grabasstic は grab-ass の形容詞形っぽいので、

    遊びまわっている、ぶらぶらしてる

   〈性的に〉体をまさぐっている

みたいな意味でしょうか。

もうちょっとググってみたら、Urban Dictionary というサイトに grabasstic の２つの意味が載っていて、

１つ目： 校庭で遊ぶ grab-ass というゲームのような特性をもっていること、つまり、まったく混乱していて無秩序なこと

・Having the qualities of a playground game of grab-ass, ie, totally chaotic and disorganized.

2つ目： まったく価値のない人。 いかなる価値も持たない人。たいていは、人の性格を表す他の形容語句といっしょに使われる。

・One who is completely without worth. A person with no value whatsoever. Usually combined with other epithets on one's character.

となっています。
